Refund policy

Damaged or wrong product

We’re so sorry if your product arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email us at crew@whitecap.studio within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll get it sorted with a replacement or refund.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns/Exchanges: We don’t offer returns or exchanges for size or colour issues, so please check our sizing guides before ordering.

  • Refunds: Only offered if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. Contact us at crew@whitecap.studio with photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

  • Exchanges for mislabelled items: If your item was mislabelled, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
