When will I get my order?
All WHITECAP orders are fulfilled by Printful, our on-demand production partner.

Fulfilment: Usually takes 3–7 business days after you place your order.

Please note that these times are estimates and can vary depending on local couriers, customs, or unforeseen delays.
Where will my order ship from?
Printful operates fulfilment centres worldwide. Your order will be produced and shipped from the location best suited to reach you quickly and efficiently.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Common delivery issues
My order should be here by now, but it hasn’t arrived.
Before contacting us, please:

Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors.

Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package.

Check with neighbours in case the courier left it with them.
If the address was correct and the package still hasn’t turned up, please get in touch at crew@whitecap.studio with your order number.
I entered the wrong address.
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, email us at crew@whitecap.studio with your order number and correct address. We’ll do our best to update it. If the order has already shipped, we can resend it once it’s returned to us — but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
I think my package was stolen.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait at least 48 hours, as couriers sometimes scan parcels early. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to your courier or submit a missing mail claim. Unfortunately, unless you’ve added Shipping Protection at checkout, WHITECAP cannot cover lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
👉 Note: You won’t receive updates while your order is still in production. You’ll only get a shipping email once it has left the facility.
